The app I use is “Divine Office,” or you can use the web site https://divineoffice.org. (I believe the printed books may vary slightly from country to country.)
Lauds consists of the Invitatory and Morning Prayer (unless you said the Office of Readings earlier that same day.)
I use the traditional “Glory be,” not the version in the app. (The new edition of the Liturgy of the Hours, published in 2027, will also use the traditional version.)
I omit the hymn. (In theory you can just say it instead of singing it, but I have found saying it often sounds like not-so-good poetry.)
Use the thumb to make a small cross on the lips during “Lord, open my lips.”
Make the sign of the cross at the start of the Gospel Canticle.
Optionally make the sign of the cross at the start of the Dismissal.
Bow from the waist during the line “Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.”
Make a small bow of the head at the names “Jesus,” “Mary,” or the saint whose feast day it is.
The whole office can be spoken by one person.
If there are two speakers, one can say the antiphons and responses, the other everything else. (Another possibility is that both together say the line in italics at the end of each Intercession. Optionally, both could also say the Our Father.)
If there are three speakers, the third speaker could sing the Hymn.
